Important Announcement Regarding Orders to the U.S.
April 25, 2025
Thank you for using our official online store.
Due to recent changes in U.S. trade policy, customs regulations regarding tariffs in U.S. territories have been revised. We would like to provide notice to customers residing in the affected regions.
Our products are manufactured in China, and if deemed “Made in China” by U.S. customs, customers may incur additional fees upon receiving their orders.
Previously, the de minimis exemption allowed for duty-free imports of products valued at $800 USD or less. However, the U.S. government is now reviewing this exemption. As a result, even products valued at $800 USD or less may no longer qualify for duty-free treatment if they are manufactured in China and could be subject to high tariff rates.
Key Changes to Note
- Effective Date: Expected to apply to shipments received from May 2, 2025, onward.
- Removal of De Minimis Exemption: Products manufactured in China may no longer qualify for the exemption, even if valued at $800 USD or less.
-
Potential Tariff Rates: Certain product categories could be subject to additional tariffs of 145% or more.
Note: Tariff rates vary depending on product classification and customs evaluation.
Affected Region

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: Why are customs duties applied?
Customs duties are taxes imposed by U.S. law on imported goods. The rates vary depending on the country of origin. From May 2025, the U.S. is expected to end the de minimis exemption for Chinese-made products.
Q2: Who is responsible for paying customs duties?
The recipient of the shipment (the customer) is responsible for paying duties, which may be collected by the courier upon delivery or directly by customs. Alternatively, we may collect the amount in advance and remit the payment on your behalf.
Q3: Can I find out the exact customs fees in advance?
Customs fees are determined by factors such as the product’s price, description, country of origin, and customs classification (HS code). As such, we cannot provide exact amounts in advance. For more details, please consult customs authorities or your courier.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these changes may cause and appreciate your understanding as we navigate this evolving situation. Thank you for your continued support of our products.
