Shipping Fee: Uniform HKD 40.00-100.00 for deliveries within Hong Kong

Customers who purchase over HKD 1000 in one order will receive free shipping.

 

• Due to our company's licensing area, the available delivery areas are only Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, and mainland China
• Depending on the situation, we may change the delivery service to an equivalent carrier without notice, so please understand in advance.
• If the shipping weight is over 11 kg for a single purchase, a shipping fee of HKD 150.00 will be charged.

 

Please note that we basically cannot accept cancellations after shipment of your order.

For cancellations before shipment, please consult us via the inquiry form.

 

If the product is initially defective or damaged, we will exchange it for a new one if you contact us within 7 days after the product arrival.

Please note that we will bear the return shipping cost for initial defects or damages.
