Shipping Policy
Last Updated and Effective as of November 22, 2022
Shipping Fee
Shipping Fees may vary depending on the size and weight of the goods. The shipping cost shown on the checkout page shall be final. One single order with over HKD$1000 worth of products, which shipping address is within the Hong Kong Territories, gets free shipping.
Delivery Time
Order will be processed within 4-5 business days if orders are placed before 18:00 pm Monday to Friday (Hong Kong time). Goods will be dispatched on regular working days (Monday to Friday, Hong Kong time).
Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided for all orders. For an up-to-date status of your order, you can enter the tracking number that we have provided on the deliverer’s website.
Use of Forwarder
Delivery service provider of the order is selected by 11JAN Limited. Your rights regarding the delivery of the products shall be governed by the terms and conditions of such a forwarder, which will be available for perusal upon request. By choosing the forwarder we recommend, you agree that we will appoint such a forwarder to handle all the aspects of the delivery on your behalf. We will not be responsible for any act or failure to act on the part of such a forwarder. We disclaim any liability whatsoever, and you assume all risks and liabilities associated with its use.
Events Outside Our Control
An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or another natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under these Terms of Sale:
- We will contact you as soon as possible to notify you;
- Our obligations under these general conditions will be suspended, and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control.
Where the Event Outside Our Control affects Our delivery of a product to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over. You may cancel the contract if an Event Outside Our Control takes place and you no longer wish us to provide the products. Please see your cancellation rights under Cancellation above.
Refuse a Shipment
If you refuse a shipment from 11JAN Limited, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to 11JAN Limited. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Incorrect Delivery Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, he/she will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. 11JAN Limited is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

Import Taxes & Duties
Please note that import taxes, duties, and customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the destination.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by 11JAN Limited. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
On some occasions, packages may be delayed due to customs clearance.
Customs & Regulations
Customers should check local postal regulations for restricted items, as 11JAN Limited cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the country.
In case of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.
